The Testomat 2000 Reagent CrVI 2100 B is the complementary reagent solution for chromate and Chromium VI analysis. It forms part of the photometric measuring method used to determine chromate and Chromium VI concentrations in water samples and is used together with the first reagent A (item no.: 156220). The measuring range includes chromate values up to 5.0 mg/l and Chromium VI values up to 1.0 mg/l, with different resolutions enabling the detection of fine concentration increments. The reagent has a guaranteed minimum shelf life of 4 months after dispatch.

Why should you only use original reagents for analyses?
Two reagents are required in the Testomat 2000 CrVI measuring instrument to carry out a complete analysis of the chromate and CrVI concentrations. Reagent B is specifically designed to represent the second part of the chemical reaction together with Reagent A.
The 500 ml bottle of Reagent B can be inserted directly into the Testomat 2000 CrVI without prior decanting or additional steps.
The use of third-party reagents may result in significant measurement deviations or measurement errors. Damage caused by foreign particles in the area of the dosing pump, measuring chamber or valves is also possible. The use of third-party reagents will void the warranty.
Therefore, use only original Heyl reagents, which are specifically matched to the requirements of the measuring instruments and thus ensure flawless measurement results.
